Just a thought on a new league to see if there is an interest.

All players must have less than .5 PIM per game.
Salaries are less than $5,000,000
Salary Cap is $50,000,000.

If enough are interested I will make the league, figured we may see a few different combos. Dropped PIM to .5 per game as it will limit many more players and make drafting a bit more interesting.

I'd go $75m because this is much like the usual 50m sim. Go less than 1 pim per game, That's still 82 in a season. I don't like the salary cap.
No Injuries and you can still blacklist all skaters who played less than 75% of pgp

I don't think this will fly - I failed to factor in too many aspects, therefor shutting down and trying another league that was suggested to me - see Festivus for the Lowly Scrubs
