How come most of the recruits i am interested in are already "considering others" and we haven't even had a chance to make the 1st phone call. How likely are to get any of these recruits ?

That's normal for the first day of recruiting, a majority of recruits start out with SIM AI coaches on them, it's pretty easy to knock them off if you put in early effort.

Then do what I do and wait until after the first day to start recruiting but that also makes you a ****** coach like me
