Week 11 results: 6-0! First perfect week of the season. To date: 66-28

Highlights: UNLV and Hawaii were tied at half, but UNLV breaks through for a 40-28 win handing Hawaii their first conference loss. San Jose wins too, so three teams are tied for the West lead at 5-1. San Jose and Hawaii have yet to play. Meanwhile, New Mexico shuts out Utah, and Nevada kicks two late field goals to edge by Fresno State.

National: #2 Oklahoma outlasts Oklahoma State 31-17 and retains the #2 ranking. Michigan (still #1), Miami (#3), USC (now #4), and Texas (now #5) all score over 100 in easy wins.

Upcoming: New Mexico clinches their fourth straight division title with a Week 12 win over Wyoming or a UTEP loss to Louisiana Tech. SDSU (5-6) will be playing Hawaii trying to keep their bowl eligibility hopes alive; Hawaii (6-5) needs this one too, because their last game is against San Jose. Nationally, #9 Minnesota is actually favored by 4.5 at Michigan, and #11 Notre Dame is favored by 18.5 at #8 Ohio State.

Correcting season record from previous post, should have been 68-28.

Week 12 results: 5-1, missed La Tech beating UTEP. Season to date: 73-29.

Highlights and Coming Up:
* New Mexico shuts out Wyoming 40-0 to clinch the East for the fourth straight season. UNM hasn't given up a single point in 10 straight quarters.

* UNLV wins the West if Hawaii and UNLV both win.
