After selecting a College, you may add up to 3 "small school" players (from a school with 15 or less NBA players *who have seasons in the SIM* according to the below link). These players must have salaries under $4 million and a combined salary of under $9 million. To try to keep the court level, the 8 Colleges (UCLA, Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana, Duke, Louisville, Connecticut, and Kansas) that have won 3 or more NCAA Championships, along with the All High School and All Foreign (no US college) teams may only add up to 1 player with a salary under $3,000,000. Each College (or group) may be used twice, with like schools (or groups) in different Conferences. Alignment as geographical as possible. with the exception that owners with 2 teams will have their teams in separate Conferences. $43 million cap, no WW, Clones or Rookies.

FWIW, the last 4 versions had LSU over Arizona State, Houston over Oklahoma, Wake Forest over Foreign and Wake over Kansas (2017) in the Finals. (with some slightly different rules)
