rdcped - after you fill out your initial roster of 25 players up to the cap of $200 million, you will get another draft list appear at the bottom of your draft page to pick out your 6 position and 6 pitcher way above average AAA players. This will occur while your team is still in the draft room. That list has many good players on it that WIS considers "way above average" or WAA AAAs. The salaries of these players do NOT count against your $200 million Theme League cap. They will show up as $200K players although their actual cost is much more. If you want to bring them onto your final 25 man roster after the schedule is released, you should leave room on your initial 25 roster to do so. Most managers will have several $200K players on their 25 that they can replace with these WAA AAA players. That allows them to pick higher priced players and effectively raises the total cap of this Theme League depending on how many of the AAAs you bring up from the minors. This manual UPicEm technique avoids having to identify the AAAs if WIS randomly assigns them...you know exactly who you have because you picked them. Hope this helps. Be aware this is a competitive league usually comprised of seasoned managers.
