Some of the NL teams in particular are just ridiculous here. Houston, Scottsdale, San Diego are all immediate title contenders. Had the poor timing to have things roll over the holidays, so there are teams available that basically never would be otherwise.

Ditto what krindor said. Very good teams available.

In addition to some great teams there are some great rebuild options with serious incentives if you can stick with it for a few seasons and make a difference.

and we have owners who like to wheel and deal.

Gotta agree with graff on that - this is definitely a league where you can quickly make your team whatever you're looking for since a lot of owners (myself included) love to trade.

This is a great league. The high owner turnover this year is not due to normal circumstances. I would highly recommend the league. There are teams available for anyone who wants to play any strategy. Teams ripe for a rebuild, and teams ready for the playoffs. There is a good collection of owners, that there is solid comradery between. It is a fun, no hassle league that has a fair amount of parity amongst teams. If you are considering it even in the slightest, please reach out to myself or the commish. We would love to have you as long as you are a level headed, fair minded, rule abiding owner :)
