I thought this would go as well? good mix of players on each team with a few flaws. I would expect some offence in this league

only issue with the 77-78 wales team it only has 5 D-men. Coming in around 117 million. We could just add another d-man from that season to fit under the cap?

Me too Poddy. What I didn't want to see is a league of a bunch of the same players and everybody loading up on the best seasons of all-stars. I like exclusive players & years. The best players weren't always selected for the all-star team!

I agree gotworms, my 78 team is a good mix of regulars like Lafleur, Robinson, Savard but then you have a Bob Sirois and Dennis Maruk(not the usual season) etc

Ideally you would just use the 20 players on your roster and draft 3 dudes from your season and bench them. Most of the modern teams have 23 man rosters but they don't build them like they used to!
