so can someone tell me how the fatigue works? in most of my leagues, i have pitchers throw 90-95 pitches if they have 200-230 RL IPs. but one game out there, they are at 88% fatigue after 103 pitches. is that bad? when do i sub them out?

Welcome d_rock. The following may not answer your question, but I like the sound of my own voice...
I would guess that Lefty Grove '39 could go far deeper into a game than say Phil Niekro '67 even though their IP/162 are equivalent. Phil would struggle to get a CG as his IP/G is low compared to Lefty's 8+ IP/G. Even though real life Phil had CGs, he also appeared in relief, so WIS Phil will have limited stamina in a single start.
I'd sub out a starter at around 80% fatigue in a live game, though occasionally a P can have success even below 50%.
(Sound of my own voice? That makes no sense. Oh yeah? Says who?)

Ya lol. I don't know if u noticed but I'm ahem ahem cough cough, a hall of famer Yaz, I know about IP/G. The second part helped out. So if a guy has like a 7.8 IP/G but only has 70 innings and ur using him as a reliever, would you sub them out after like 10 pitches?

Hehe. Yes, but I also know that Arvidjosef might be looking for pointers & so tried to be unmisinterpretable, which I am pretty sure is a word.
If I was using Latman or Northrup as a closer, I'd let them finish the job, into extra innings if need be.

When I first downloaded it, it said the same thing. I went into programs and had to open it there and restart my browser before it worked

when you use a starter in relief they will get tired much quicker than they would if you started them, it's probably about twice as fast.

If you wanted to, you could use a 7.8 IP/game in long relief. He'd probably start getting tired around 35 pitches.

Submitted ticket to WIS asking: What Java Interface I need for new iMac with macOS Sierra (v10.12.3)? I can not play live games for MLB117134 playoffs without it ... On 2 Feb installed Firefox and Java 8.0 ... When trying to play live I still get dinged (Application Blocked- Security Settings have blocked an untrusted application from running) ... Tried loading EL Capitan & received message from Apple store telling me "OS X can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because the version of macOS is too new." Seems I'm screwed so far ... )-:
