Formulas for position ratings? Topic

can someone please explain the ratings in Yatzer's tool for each position, i looked at the formulas but i am having a time trying to figure out how he gets the numbers? i am trying to setup my own excel spreadsheet for recruiting and would like to use an excel formula to get the same or close to the same totals/

The GUESS formulas were/are created and maintained by bhazlewood. He has some threads on these forums discussing the formulas, and has solicited much feedback from other owners.
