One thing to be aware of is that a coach going to a team who ISN'T a current coach simply MOVING to a new team means you will not recruit at all for the team you start coaching, THIS season. To clarify, the recruiting you'll be doing will be for the following season.

I would just like to hear back from them in some way. I sent a note in on 1/1 and a ticket on 1/11 and it has fallen on deaf ears!!

They must be stretched extremely thin over there!
