I sent a ticket for this but wondered if it was happening to anybody else. On my home page, where my teams are listed, I have a certain number of rewards points listed. This is my correct amount. However, when I click to go into and redeem the reward points there are 12,000 less listed that I can use on the right side of the page. I know the rewards points don't expire. It seems as if the rewards points I have earned for my 2 championships since the transition to 3.0 (6,000 each) aren't available to be used. If anybody else who has earned reward points could let me know if this is happening to you or if it is just me I would appreciate it.
