I plan on playing in a low-HR park (w/Honus Wagner as my hitter). I shouldn't get killed too badly with errors since Honus can play everywhere (except catcher). If I get in fatigue trouble, I can always spot start one of Koufax's bad seasons (while resting his good seasons). I'm sure the other guy I was considering will get picked soon.

I did want a higher K/9 pitcher since I have a poor defensive player to work with. I'm probably going to regret taking Aaron, but he had a couple years of acceptable defense at infield positions (though none at SS) and I figured he'd run enough and be solid 1-9 with strong seasons, plus bench for whatever that's worth. Someone who ever played any catcher at all might have been helpful, too. But most of us are in the same boat there. I think Clemens will keep me competitive, though. He had a lot of excellent seasons with reasonably low HR totals, too. Should be a lot of entertainment no matter what.

Yep, I absolutely knew you were taking Sutton. That was my other choice. Sutton has more good (usable) seasons than Koufax, but Koufax's top seasons are better than Sutton's top seasons.

I would've taken Koufax 4 or 5 picks ago. Despite all the negatives you can't argue with his numbers.
Sutton wasn't automatic I looked at a couple others who had nice numbers except for higher walks. and one weird choice I wasn't sure how playable it would be.

Yes but apparently you need bottomlee to pick 'em to make sure they're sufficiently terrible

200k - if for some crazy reason, you pick a team and cannot make 25 season out of them, then I'll assign some awful players for filler. The goal here is to use only the two guys you drafted.

if you never use them, does it matter how terribly 200k they are? :D :D :D but sure he can pick, although id ask not to, it took a while to draft those duffys and assign them ))
