PEDL 4 --finished drafting Topic

First of all, I said earlier that this will be my last time running this leatgue, so this is not an overreaction

Secondly, I mistakenly set up this league as a "Dynasty league" instead of a "Theme league", so I already have a sitemail into admin to see if they can just switch it to a regular theme league with all the settings I chose or they will let me know if I have to reset it up and get a new league # or not. Somehow dairn got him team in though.

I will apprise everyone of the situation when I know it tomorrow!

Okay. Anyhow I am ready to stash a team in there. I also site mailed WIS.

This site and NHL is all but done anyhow. Not even 100 regulars in here any more.

I think you did over react. A couple guys mentioned they'd rather the draft ran during the game and you got a bit unglued on us.

Most of this draft went like a breeze. No hassles until round 15.

I think amerk has done a great job dealing with everything. We went off the clock for a day. Big deal. The draft has been moving along just fine and honestly don't understand the huge deal since its the last round.

The draft took forever to finally get off the ground and get going but once again half the people on here get all excitable or something and want to just rush rush rush when we don't need to. Patience is not a virtue some seem to hold.

I mean heck its going to take a couple days to probably have everyone even enter their team into the league.

My initial dealings with this draft may have been one of the roughest, but we move on and have fun eith it. I haven't even started the actual games but id definitely be back for another draft if amerk ran it.

So lets finish strong, enjoy our teams the next 2 months, and just have fun against each other.

Well, I gotta say, whether you liked my going off clock today or not, IT WAS WORTH IT!!! Most AMAZING comeback EVER in Super Bowl, if not sports history itself! I had bid goodbye to my $150 bucks I wagered when it got to 28-3 Atlanta. The fact the New England came back from that AND covered the three pt spread was like mana from heaven...free money! Unbelievable! What a day! For all you non US football fans, It was like France being down 3-0 in a World Cup game and coming back to beat Germany or Britain 4-3 on PK's. Or your Montreal Canadians or Calgary Flames or Maple Leafs being down 4-0 in the 3rd and coming back to win 5-4 in overtime in game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals.

And I don't live in France...Bastille day was the only holiday I have ever heard of that France celebrates. I didn't know YOU were from there too Glen!?
That would be Frank Reich and the 93 Buffalo Bills vs Houston Oilers. Then Frank Reich again, earlier, in college.

I still talk about Frank Reich once a year. The perfect example of "do you go with your millionaire player coming back from injury or go with the hot hand that brought you here?".
