In 2.0 their work ethic would plummet but the player would never transfer. Is still the case in 3.0?

There was one case of a senior transferring that i heard about in 3.0, but it is the only one. Others have said they didn't transfer.

Now, if you redshirt a senior, do you still get that extra recruiting/scouting money? Or should i go ahead and spend all that scouting money first before putting a redshirt on a senior?
