What did the previous owner have? Can't you use those settings in your first season instead of the reset numbers if they help?

I think that's an option in private words. You pick one of last seasons or default as your baseline budget. From there you can go plus or minus 4 on most budgets.

Not sure if it's an option in public worlds.
