looking for a world where there is communication between coaches and who are active and take it serious? Which one should I join?

Crum is pretty cool.

But you may want to check out a thread that shows human populations in each World at each level.

Also, some Worlds seem to be more active by division... like at one time, Naismith was considered to have a strong Div-3, and Wooden was the place to go for Div-2. Not sure if that is still the case.

Do I have to stay in the world I join or can I take a coaching job in another world once elgible

Once you are in a world, you remain there. If you are not looking for a two games a day world (Tarkanian,Knight or Phelan), take the first available. One just crowned new nt winners, hop on this one.
