Johnny Estrada comes to mind.

J J Hardy in the "non-catcher" category.

I'm in awe every game of how slow Hardy is for such a good defensive SS. He hobbles down to first like an 80-year-old man with no knees.

Matt Wieters and Benji Molina have/had concrete boots on as well.

I feel like Jose is the slowest Molina.

Cecil Fielder.

Bleacher Report has him at #2 slowest ever: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/665960-mlb-power-rankings-cecil-fielder-and-the-25-slowest-players-in-mlb-history

I remember a video from when I was a kid - I think it was SportsCenter - where Fielder hit one of his 7 career triples. They showed him hitting the ball, then cut away to highlights from another game. 30 seconds later, they came back to the Tiger game to show Fielder just now rounding first base. They cut to another game for 30 seconds, then came back to see him only then rounding second. All in all, they spliced it to make it look like it took him about 2 minutes before he was finally sliding into third base. I wish I could find that video again, but I've had no luck so far.

Bengie Molina in his later years was glacially slow.

Ron Santo after retiring had trouble getting down the line as well.

David Ortiz is and has been the only player in the last couple MLB the Show's (video game) that has 0 speed. ...Out of 99

but I'm sure I've seen slower, just gotta think about it for awhile

If you're going by effort on a grounder to the 2nd baseman, Barry Bonds sometimes wouldn't even leave the box.

Are you sure that's not just Colon's sprint? He's a high-effort guy.

Steve Balboni.

I vote for Bengie Molina, but don't tell him I said that. I don't want to hurt his feelings -- or his wife's, mother's, father's, children's, brothers' and sisters' feelings.

But seriously, I vote for Bengie Molina.
