Wardo, my Weber St. class structure is all messed up and I don't give a crap. I literally have 8 freshmen and I'm pumped for the next couple years. All I care about is the 170+ potential on DE+ATH for all of my Freshman (not the walk-ons Wardo) and the solid cores they have. Listen to Pallas buddy. It took him 6 years to build this final four team. Look at those seniors to learn a lesson.

No, when I left for Navy, Hughes took over the CSULA team and lead them to the Final Four.

He's good at doing that

I didn't have to switch offense/defense in the rebuild so that knocks one out of the park. I have the class structure as of today at a 3/3/3/3 class structure. I am finally out of a rebuild at the end of the 4th season starting 5th season at Miles.
When I leave in 2 seasons I would like some1 to take it over. Its in better shape than when I was first starting at Miles in Allen. Have a good class that can immediately start when these 2 classes have graduated. Its also Triangle/man to man.

Your long term goal has been completed?

What are you talking about? My 2 best classes are becoming upperclassmen. I also have a shot at least a 2nd round exit? I scheduled hard these next two classes in my non conference.

Ward, I'm not certain what game you're playing if you believe that is a 2nd round team. I've had significantly better teams than that get put out in the 1st round. Honestly, that team isn't really even an NT team. The only way you'll get in is by winning your CT, but that's not the same thing as an NT caliber team.

Ended up with him? It would have been better to take a walk-on than offer a scholarship to someone with no work ethic who isn't any good to begin with.

What you said makes absolutely no sense.

right, the 1 WE guy and the C who started in the 10s in ratings (!!!)....even if he was green in the core categories, he's a crap player at D3, let alone D2. you are recruiting guys who are worse than walk-ons.

if your long-term goal was to ignore all your mentors, do what you want and then brag about your garbage team that is basically worse than half the sim teams, then congratulations.

D1 shouldn't even be available to people who can't have a winning record at D3, let alone D2

He won't get to D1 until he gets four times into the post-season. I am not even sure 4 pits would do. So he is delusional. He is there for at least 5 more years, he will learn.
