LOL. That's ridiculous. Go find another human, literally almost ANY human in D2 and see if your recruits stack up with their freshman. It's really that simple. If your recruits don't stack well with those other freshman, then you need to step up your game in recruiting. It's really that simple.

f you question my credibility, go look at my D3 team and from there, you can look at any team I played this season, including my entire conference. Your team would be lucky to win 7 games there. And I'm not trying to be mean, it's the truth.

All that being said, I still don't see how me posting links to any other team boosts my credibility?

I'm pretty sure I was his original mentor. I have a > .700 winning % and 6 national championships. It's a growing list of coaches that aren't deemed qualified or credible to mentor Ward. Maybe, just maybe the problem isn't the mentors.

That's a good start then, because those are not good players for a D2 school. Most would argue that they're not really good recruits for a D3 school. I would suggest you find another D2 human coached school and take a long hard look at their freshman. And then try to replicate what they have done in your own recruiting. Because those that you have, are not going to fair well in the next 3-4 seasons. This season might well be your high-point in W/L record during the next 3-4 seasons.
If you don't mind can you please provide me links and sources?? I am interested in trying to re evaluate my team and I still think I can accomplish the national tourney. Do you think I need to stay longer at low div 2?
He shouldn't have to give you links and sources. Just simply go to other teams in your world that are successful under human coaches and look at their freshman and other players and their development.
He has to give me links if he offers to help me its more credibility!
Okay, Wardo, I'm quickly growing tired of this game. Kashmir has won nearly 70% of his games, has 25 conferences championships, and one national title. Do you really need more credibility than that? This is what I was talking about earlier -- you fight everyone when they try to tell you something. You're so defensive about everything you do here.
Ok I want sources! Not you typing a bunch of bs to make me believe he really wants to help me or is qualified to help me. I seen his record which I posted below. Good record but record comes with time and growth of learning the game it takes 20 years to master anything or 10,000 hours. "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently." -Warren Buffet

Record: 1245-627 (.665)

Championships: 1

Then I will be the first to congratulate you when you win your first championship in twenty years.

Yes and yes you are my original mentor.

Sorry then. I guess I just don't understand the qualifications. What makes someone qualified to point you in the right direction?
1/29/2017 5:47 PM
Oh, and your resume is a reflection of your last 10 seasons, not just your last four. However, your last 4 are weighted heavier. As zorzii has said, you'll need a few more NTs under your belt to qualify for D1.

Below is an answer from customer service, and it's an answer regarding the jobs process. Sorry if it looks weird as I'm having issues copying/pasting from my phone.

"No, whether you're qualified for a job is only dependent on your resume, which is based on the quality of your recent seasons. For the job process, we look at your past 10 seasons as a coach, or all seasons if you have less than 10 total."
