My "Resume" there is terrible. I freely admit that. It's a pretty tough conference. I'm still under .500 in conference play for the 8 seasons I've been there. But, I don't really enjoy destroying sims, I enjoy competing against other Qualified humans. And sometimes the price of that competition is that the other Qualified Humans beat you bloody in conference play.

Kashmir why would you ever sign guys with 100 cores and 70s DE and Ath when you could just sign guys with 70 cores and 20s de and ath a division higher??? Follow Wardo's example.

Truthfully, thats a hell of a DIII team Kashmir, good job in the NT!

LOL. Again, it's attention to details. In the decade I've been reading these forums, I've seen the question asked a 100 times at least, and the answer is almost always the same, and those rare times when it isn't, someone jumps in and corrects it pretty quick.

You "hear" what you want to hear and you "see" what you want to see. I tried to point you the right way, like many other people have but you don't want to hear it. That's fine with me. Come back in 3 seasons when your team has been the recipient of many beatdowns and tell us how soon you'll be moving up to D1, I guess. I don't know any other way you'll get it, except to go get the beatdowns. Once those seasons are played and your team doesn't do what you think it will do, that should be a "Qualified" enough answer for you.

Thank you. Hands down the most frustrating team I've ever had. They play fine, then I tinker with something just a bit and they go off the rails. For whatever reason, they were very sensitive to any adjustment. When I figure out why that is, then I'll really know something.

I'm living proof that good recruiting can overcome even the most inept coaching. Provided you actually sign some recruits, when hasn't been happening much these past 2 seasons, lol.

No idea. I thought it was strange too. And it was so long since I've been to a championship game I couldn't remember for certain if they did or didn't do spreads for them. OR, if they used to but changed it.

ward, you have probably 1 player i would start on a D2 team. your team has a few guys who could score off the bench. most of these players are worse than random walk-ons. no defense, can't cut it. sad!

Most, if not all D3 teams with coaches that have any sort of clue what they're doing would beat Ward's D2 team.
