You know what I find odd?

I can search for top teams in D1, check their history and, this is where it gets weird, it's the same damn teams virtually every season. They MUST be losing EE. Yet, somehow, they're a top team over and over again.

Can anyone explain this to me? Use little words.

They're probably pretty good coaches.
3/25/2017 2:46 PM
But they can't even replace their EE with lesser players. It's just goddam impossible. So how do they stay on top?
3/25/2017 2:47 PM
Hell, from what I hear, they can't even replace EE with D1-quality players.

He's doing pretty well despite being crippled by this EE "problem".

In 2.0, there were hints of "materialism" possibly in the letters, during recruiting, that gave you an idea of which guys might leave early.
Last thing I want to do is keep notes so that 3 seasons later I may know who will likely leave early. The big board already tells me who may likely leave early. I don't see letters hinting of materialism a useful addition.

Mike : they were A+ when 3.0 Hit us. It took around 20 seasons, to get to A+ d1 big six in 2.0, maybe more. We need to see a bit more but in phelan it's definetly ees that have an impact in rankings

I have a question is it worth it to have a team of EE's? Or, have a developmental team that will last 4 seasons?

Then I would suggest the Phelan users who are having problems try to figure out what lakevin is doing. He doesn't seem to be struggling DESPITE complaining about EE every 2-3 weeks.

Your point being? Just because I am doing well, I can't point out where a game is unrealistic and problematic?

BTW, I've played the last three seasons with 9 or 10 man rosters. Not realistic, but when I lose players there's nothing to do.
3/25/2017 6:19 PM
Final point. Apparently because I'm good at the game, Mike thinks I have less to add than someone who hasn't bothered to learn the game, but knows how to bloviate. I guess he's one of those people who is not only a Trump supporter but wandering around in a frog mask.
3/25/2017 6:20 PM
No, the point is that you're complaining loudly and reasonably frequently about a "problem" but you seem to be doing just fine. Some claim they cannot duplicate your success under these circumstances. You should mentor them. Contact zorzii and help him out.

BTW, I'm in my 4th season since 2006. My success, or lack thereof, isn't really the issue. But, FWIW, I'm killing it in D2. Maybe the game gets easier as you move up. Just sayin'.
