Maybe a bit too much usage? You're at about 125%, that's probably going to put you into the penalty. Other than that, it's very scary

there is no penalty for having too much usage, it's just that usage costs money and at lower caps it can be prohibitive to pay for more

the negatives of excess usage that I see: 1) skewing distribution away from your best efg players(in my case this could mean Clyde getting more shots than Karl in any given game - which I can live with) 2) high usage players can often be TOV machines (which is not the case here - Glide, Malone, Bynum and Brand are all low TOV%)

but there is no systemic nerfing penalty for high usage as there is for not having enough usage - that said I'm a little worried about getting some more treys

agreed. too much usg% is a 800 pound gorilla in the living room

I've never heard of or experienced a penalty for too much usage. The penalty is that you're spending money for it and could be spending it on other things.... Which isn't so much of an issue with a cap over $50M....

Strange- I've seen and heard about too much usg% leading to increased it's and decreased fg%

that's what happens when you don't have enough usage

I'm looking at no less than eight players I can't believe are still on the board.

Buck and KJ were two of them. I've seen Buck go in the second round not so long ago. Several gems still left, though.

penn is...trying something different. It's a bombs-away approach, with no regard for defense. More boards are sorely needed, but plenty will be available at the top of the sixth round.

If I've been tracking the emerging rosters right, ysw is hurting for usage, and amerk and copernicus are loaded with it.

I was loving hoops' team until we got to Kukoc. That bunch could use more rebounding. And cjok has...three shooting guards? And thomcat has two starting SFs? I love both Bird and Grant in this league, but I don't see either of them at PF.

I really like how uptown's team came together. I think he did well in the trade.

Kukoc is my 6th man. I have yet to draft my starting SF. He'll be backing up Mullin for most of his minutes, and will cover for (Player X) for most the other minutes at SF. Although my current potential SF isn't close to being a Rodman level rebounder, I don't think I'll struggle too much with the boards

I think Banditone is really Elgin Baylor.

i also went with a bombs-away approach, in the rebounding department. we'll see if it works out or not.

I will be using 87-88 Buck. He'll play anywhere from 9-32 minutes at SF where he's rated at 96% efficiency. I've made deep runs with Mason & Webber at SF, so I think it will work. I have a pretty solid team thus far
