New rules :

1. There will be a 4 round snake style draft, 30 min time slots, players will be exclusive to your team. The other 21 players you will fill with any player in the database other than the 96 drafted players. I'm going to try to jump this up to 24 teams this time because of how quickly it filled last time.
2. At the conclusion of the season there will be 6 players Blacklisted. The only players eligible for getting Blacklisted will be the 96 drafted players, 3 pitchers, 3 position players. If any of the pitchers drafted finish the season with the league's lowest ERA, lowest WHIP (qualified), or Saves they'll be put on the list. Position player categories will be batting average title, HR leader, and SB leader. If the player who wins any of these was not originally drafted then I will start with the owner who's team had the highest EXP % who DIDN'T make the playoffs and they will choose a DRAFTED player to be put on the list. If there's 2 openings I'll go to the next highest and so on till we have 6. If 2 or more drafted players tie in a category the player who was taken higher in the draft will be put on the list.

I'll have someone generate a draft order once were full, this will also determine division alignment. Here is the alignment we'll use this season :
NL East - 1,4,7,10
Central - 2,5,8,11
West - 3,6,9,12

AL East - 13,16,19,22
Central - 14,17,20,23
West - 15,18,21,24

Other than those rules I'm leaving everything else as it :
$120 cap
NO : WW, Trades, AAA, DH, Clones
YES : Injuries
Standard 24 team format with 8 making the playoffs

They will be blacklisted and I'll do it the same as if nobody drafted won the other award and have the owner next in line pick a pitcher off the drafted list.

Also just to make it clear, in the 4 round draft you can take ANYBODY in the database and they will be exclusive to your team. I think this is going to broaden the strategies and players selected, especially after the second round. Should be fun.
