Yeah I suppose we have different definitions of negative. I think someone pointing out flaws that should be improved (Johnsensing's thread recently about the bug in taking over a 2nd team) isn't negative or whining. The people who respond to threads like that and say "stop whining!" like they're Arnold in kindergarten cop, certainly seem to be perpetuating the negativity of the forums because all that does is spiral into arguments.

I do my best to stay out of the whining threads. Sometimes I get bored.

If you don't understand why that would be vehemently racist towards an african american, but not racist towards a white male, then you have much, much bigger issue you need to look at with yourself.
