Last time the teams didn't get bumped back to draft center, and some leagues had big problems with teams being way over the cap. Some commissioners caught and fixed it, others didn't. The ones that didn't had some very angry team owners. Some of the higher cap theme leagues had salaries 9-10 million over the rest. I'm hoping the site steps up and makes sure all teams are on the same cap level. The league commish is the only one who sees the cap before the league starts, and if they aren't on the ball, league starts with some big advantages for some of the owners
