I believe the gpa requirement only applies to D1 ineligible and not redshirts. So, as long as he stays above 2.0 he's good.

That is true. For an ineligible I believe it is 2.7. I used to have it memorized, but I would look it up just to be sure if that is what you are asking. It may be 2.6 the more I think about it. Anyone know offhand?

There are no inelligibles in D3, as long as your player is above 2.0 GPA he can play.

For D1 ineligibles - they have to have over a 2.8 to come back for their 5th year.

Because everyone over 2.0 can play in D3, that answers his question exactly. I think you need to clean your diapers Mike.
