The numbers in the right hand column
So that's the percentage of the coin flip?

Yeah, kinda. It's the % out of hundred.

For example, if they had run the calculations (or coin flip) 100 times, I should have won 36 times.

So my calculations were right on my theory based on intervals thanks Trenton.

I'm no genius but I think they had an 18% chance of winning.

Would you have posted that if the 25% team had won?

When you choose to stay and fight, you should know you could lose.

This really isn't terribly difficult to understand.

I think everyone understands that there is a chance they can lose, the problem is that it is near impossible to give yourself a chance to win, and not be screwed when you lose.

My point exactly. Once you are in it, It's done. If you do not battle for recruits, you get nothing
2/28/2017 12:42 PM
And don't tell me the trick is to not get into battles, because 1. That is near impossible, and 2. That's not how you win in this game. I could easily sign 12 freshman every period, they would all suck and my team would suck but I could sign them without a battle .

The ONLY thing we're doing is making decisions. You DECIDE to fight for a recruit, you know the potential outcomes.

The "sure thing" is the system WifS wanted to move away from to encourage recruit battles.

I'm not trying to be argumentative but you seem to be saying "I know I used all my resources on that guy and lost but now I can't even get another replacement!!"

That's the decision part of the game. Which is the game.

If a guy is important enough to dump all your resources in, you have to know there is no unlimited supply of resources to recover. So you stay. Or you move on. That's the game.
