Here is the rules:
Salary Cap: 52 million (for this first season)
No clones, No rookies, no FA
Will only be allowed 3 players over 4.5 million, all others must be below the 4.5 million mark.
After each season top 3 player's seasons used over 4.5 million will be banned and the top used player's season under 4.5 million will be banned.
For the first season you can use anyone within these rules!!
For clarification particular seasons will be banned not particular players!
League will be public!!
Limit 2 teams per owner
