Do you receive any sort of multiplier by promising more than just one or two recruiting categories in a single cycle?

what's the 2nd category you can promise? I thought only minutes can be promised

Poor wording on my part. So if you have multiple categories unlocked, is there a multiplier for issuing more than one a cycle?

I think he's asking whether it would be beneficial to offer a start, minutes, and scholarship on different cycles. To my knowledge, the earlier you can unlock and offer those promises, the better chance you'll have to sign the player - the bonus / multiplier doesn't apply as a "per cycle with new offer" thing.

No, there's no bonus just for offering stuff at the same time.
