Looks like we just need specsman's franchise pick. In the meantime, here's what I see for division alignment, pending his pick:

NL East: Expos/Nats, Mets, Braves, Marlins
NL Central: Pirates, Cubs, Cardinals, Brewers
NL West: Dodgers, Giants, Diamondbacks,
AL East: Yankees, Red Sox, Blue Jays, Orioles
AL Central: White Sox, Twins, Rays, Tigers
AL West: Mariners, Athletics, Royals,

The Astros could end up either in the NL West, or the AL West, depending on the final pick.
