1st 63 years in Pennsylvania, last 21/2 in Delaware! That makes me REALLY Old!!!
Your still probably not the oldest one in WIS. That might be me. 68 yr old, just retired after working 50 years and born and raised in Ohio.
No disrespect to you "youngsters", but I think I'm a little farther down the road. Guess what the 37 represents in ez37 :)
You guys are still behind---I'll be 74 in June.

Maybe we should create a seniors conference, like the PGA has .We could use leather helmets and use the wing T offense.

It has become obvious that many of us could have "Played" for or against many of the coaches who's worlds in which we now occupy teams!!!

I think it's awesome that we have old and young here playing this game, having a great time, building a community together.

It's amazing that I can sitemail a new friend that is older than my grandpa, and we talk and discuss things as equals.

Sometimes in life the young see the old as broken, or useless(thanks mojo). And the old see the young as ignorant, undeserving, with no appreciation of their sacrifice.

Not here.

Michigan fans.

I hate to admit it, but I did play in the 1950s in a leather helmet (the next year we went to plastic) as a HB in a Tight T formation, against a Single Wing offence. The old formations lasted longer than we think, because as late as the 1960s, the Tight T was still used in high school, and I coached against a couple of teams that still used the old basic Single Wing. Variations of the Split and Winged T are still used today. Guess everything is recyclable!
