It is Season 15 of the 2+ 2 league. The 2000 Giants just won season 14 in 4 games. You take any team from 1940-2016 that did not make series.You may add 2 pitchers and 2 hitters from the same year to bolster your team. The cap is 90 million. Divisions will be aligned randomly after rosters are checked. Owners may have 2 teams in different leagues. There will be no trades, no twists,no ww, no dh, no aa prospects and no clones. You must play in your team's park. Your team is exclusive to you. Also your year is exclusive to you. Sixteen teams enter. Only one gets the elusive ring.

World Series teams are not eligible.
