Glavine 300 is a stable, long-standing league and we just rolled into season 35. We have a core of long-standing owners and typically have low turnover and quick rollovers. Season 35 is no different - we have 3 openings, 2 were filled before we rolled.
There is 1 rule: a minimum win requirement of 120 wins over 2 seasons.
Here are the available teams:
Memphis Blues, NL South (57-105, 4th place)

This would be a good pickup for people who like rebuilds. The goods news is that there are not any really any bad contracts on the team. Most are on minimum salary or contracts <$5M per year. There is 4-5 good players in AAA that could be contributors as well.
San Francisco Hipsters, AL West (93-69, 1st place) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4014 This a very strong team, no rebuild required here. The team won 93 games last year and won the division title by 8 games. A look at the roster reveals that the team does not have a lot of superstars but is extremely well balanced and solid at every position.
New York Metropolitans, AL North (54-108, 4th place) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4002 This would be a fun rebuild situation. They will receive the #1 DRAFT PICK. The contract situation is pretty clean with very few long-term contracts and several set to expire. The top 3 players on the team are age 21 (overall = 83), age 22 (overall = 80), age 23 (overall = 80) so there is a great young core to build around.
