i have an idea for a theme league. I'm not looking for sign ups, just feed back right now. What I want to do.

-Have the player base be years Hanks was nominated for an Oscar. (88-89, 93-94, 94-95, 98-99, and 00-01)

What I'm asking

-should I allow clones
-what shoes of the cap be
-should it even be a draft?

I know this is the one think you said you know, but what about a Jack Nicholson Oscar win league? 75-76, 83-84, 97-98?
