Everyone is so busy crowing about their best hitters and pitchers. What about the players that have the ratings, that look to be absolute studs, and disappoint year after year after year.

Is the player for me. Ratings in spades, an easy 1st overall pick. I don't know if just the offense never rallies around him or what, but he is 31 and still hasn't reached 100 wins yet. Now, he has by no means been horrible but he has only had one season (Season 41 with Portland) that would be what I would consider a success.
