I have thought about this before. I want to create a pitcher dominant league. Pitchers get hosed in the SIM.

I propose a league where all hitters should conform to the following rules.

Avg. < or = .280, HR per 100 < 7, obp < .350, slg < .500, and SO per 100 > 20.

Pitcher qualifications
Era < 3.00, SO per 9 inn = > 6.5, OAV < .250, WHIP < 1.25,

All players chosen between 1945 - 2016 or present.
