The only rule is the cap.No black list No restrictions draft whom ever you like under the cap.This cap reflects more closely what the NHL is today.WW allowed.Very good minor leaguers,something $50 mill open doesn`t have.Max 4 players out per team.No PI.Relaxed roster.Trades.4 votes veto.No shoot outs.
