Depends on how old a team is and what kind of a league you played in. You can recall it in the my locker section, or sometimes you can recall it by looking under your user name and then sport. Also, if it is a league that is linked (like a dynasty league), you can look that way as well. If your team won a championship, you can view it under the champions section by month and year.
