1. Looks like they do. Had $41K left over for my James Madison team after recruiting and still have just over $10K for next season.

I may be wrong on this, but I am pretty sure that if you let the AD bring on a recruit for you (aka take on a sim) you will not get your 25% rollover the following year.

This is correct. AC signings cost your entire remaining budget, no matter how much you have.

1. Yes
2. No - it never did. Practice runs about 30-45 minutes after the completion of each day's games.
3. Yes/No. If you're cutting players recruited prior to your arrival to a team, the first one will not usually lower your Rep. If you're cutting a player signed while you were the coach, even if it is an AC signing, even the first cut will sometimes ding you.

I was misinformed on #2 then.

Bingo. At D3, had money left over, 25% rolled last two seasons.
