Yeh the D3 list in Phelan wouldn't make sense either so .

I'll grab some of the other worlds D1:

Baseline prestige/School/Tournament Wins Past 4 years(Championships)/4 year RPI avg.
Naismith:
A+ Illinois 12 NT wins(1 title)12.25 rpi avg
A- Wake Forest 14 NT wins (1 title) 4.25 rpi so 2/3 letter grade overcomes 2 more NT wins and +8 average rpi
B Texas 13 NT wins (1 title) 12.5 rpi
A+ Kansas 13 NT wins (0 title) 5 rpi rank so 1 title overcomes adv of A+ over B as well as 5 rpi over 12.5
A Maryland 7 NT wins (0 title) 6 rpi rank
A- Wisconsin 9 NT wins (1 title) 22.25 so 1/3 letter grade and 6 rpi comparerd to 22.25 overcomes 2 more NT wins and a title so rpi does have significant impact
A+ Duke 4 NT wins (0 title) 36.5 rpi
B Ole Miss 13 NT wins (0 titles) 5.5 rpi so here the A+ is enough over B to make up for 9 NT wins and 36.5 rpi compared to 5.5 rpi
B Oregon 11 NT wins (0 titles) 20 rpi
A+ MSU 6 NT wins (0 titles) 25.5 rpi so 5 more NT wins and ~5 better avearage rpi tops A+ to B prestige

That was naismith but I would say that does make sense. Maybe a CS ticket to confirm if it hasnt ben sent?

would this list give insight into "Wants Success" recruit preference? or is there a cap on the amount of 'Very High' with success...
