OK so I added the GD site enhancements to my chrome extensions. But that alone isnt working. Am I missing a step?

This is great. I've been doing this manually for a while now.

Is it possible to show the GUESS ratings with recruit searches? If you had them display by ratings and added their GUESS ratings this would let you see who is the better recruit, not just who has the highest total rating.

Could that be the answer to YATZR's tool not working?

Yes, just plug the Guess formulas into the role ratings. Unfortunately, that alone does not supplement that Yatzr tool.
