That was a very helpful video

I'll be nice for once.

Here are my actual, constructive tips.

1. Log in to your account before the video starts and have the music already playing as your video starts. You lose the viewer making them wait.

2. Don't recap previous games. It does nothing reading box scores from past games.

3. Talk more about what you're hoping to get out of your players and what you hope they can improve on.

4. Go in depth with your practice plan. I would personally do an entire video devoted to this. Explain the logic behind your numbers. Nothing wrong with putting someone above 25 if all the other categories are in the red or below 10.

5. As stated above, don't drink or eat on film. It's not professional.

6. Only talk about one team per video.

7. Do one video per week, per team, on different days. So every Wednesday you do one team, every Friday you do the other and if it's a two a day world, then maybe Monday and Thursday, so twice a week. Don't overkill the videos. You can recap multiple games that are fresh to the audience.

8. Though tough, speak with a bit more clarity. Just slow it down, no need to rush through things. Project your voice, speak to us like you're having a conversation and actually want our attention, because I haven't once felt that you were engaging the audience. Personality is key.
