The distance from our school should only affected how much each event costs, not the effectiveness of the event. The AC phone calls revealed the recruit didn't care how far away the school was, and neither of us were his favorite school.

Why were you sending 7 AC scouts and 7 HC scouts? I just go all CVs after I get the potential (unless I have less than 1 CV remaining in $). So in reality, you probably sent the equivalent of 52 CVs, plus guaranteed Fr. start and 75% PT, to Michigan's 14 CVs.

That's a bigger elite advantage than I would've thought, but as mentioned your team's prestige is low even for a mid-major. I would've thought a mid-major would have to spend ~2x as much effort as an elite, but it looks like you put in ~4x as much effort depending on how valuable starts and PT are.

AC Scouts and HC Scouts can't be rejected by the player. Since the player was only considering the other school at that point, I figured (based on experience) that he would probably reject most of my CV attempts, at least until I got on his radar.

When they reject the CVs I just send them again. They never reject all of them, usually a %, so if you keep sending them eventually you get what you were hoping for. I'm not sure it makes a difference though.

Or just find an elite who has been simai coached for a few seasons and let us know

Are Campus Visits > or = to Home Visits?

Campus visits are considerably more important than home visits, which in turn are more important than scouting trips.

If CV's lose value with each additional visit, at some point HV would be equal yet cheaper. Is this correct?

Or is the difference in value so large that HV will never catch up to the affect that a CV has?
