Post team profile? Topic

Back before they updated the forums I knew how to do it, but how the hell do you post an entire team roster/profile/ratings in a forum post while keeping the correct formatting?

For Example on what it is doing:

If you have excel or a spreadsheet program you can paste it there first and then copy and paste it form there into a forum post. Anyone know what the rationale was behind changing this in the first place?
