We just rolled into season 40. This is one of the original worlds with a long rich history. Good set of engaged owners.
We have a few rules: a 55/120 minimum win requirement and committing to fielding reasonable minor leagues teams (e.g. enough pitchers or positional players)

Arizona Border Patrol (80-82, 4th place AL West) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=878 This team competes in a tough division but has enough talent to be a 90-95 win team before any upgrades from a new owner. Roster is in good shape and a few crafty moves and this team could be a contender.
Nashville Sounds (61-101, 4th place AL South) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=877 The team has immense offensive talent and with a few key additions on the pitching side could be improved be dramatically. Team will have #5 draft pick next year.
Anaheim Rebels (106-56, 2nd place NL South)

Charlotte Sharecroppers (53-109, 4th place NL South) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=893 This team has been in steady decline over the last few years and could benefit from new ownership. This team will have the #2 draft pick next year.
Dover Rovers (91-71, 1st place NL East) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=889 This team is in great shape with 3 superstar players under the age of 30 (age 23, 26, 29). This team should compete for many, many seasons to come.
New York Menace (68-94, 2nd place NL North) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=885 This team is much better than the record would indicate as the previous owner had checked out. They are also competing in the weakest division in the world (the division winner had only 79 wins) so it will not take much to have this team compete for division titles. There are two very strong young players (80+ OVR) that are 24 and 25 years old, so a good foundation to build from.
Boise Baja Racers (66-96, 3rd place NL North) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=884 This team is also competing in the weakest division in the world (division winner had only 79 wins) Not sure what happened last year, but the team is only 2 years removed from a 107 win season. The roster is still stacked with talent with 7 games with 80+ OVR ratings including 2 of the top players in the league in Roy Glynn and Ronn Benard. A good owner who could have this team back in contention with a couple good FA signings.
Washington DC Sennettors (83-79, 3rd place NL east)
