The ad is out there with league number and basic theme explained. The character limit doesn't allow too much explanation but I expect that whoever is interested by the theme will come to the forum to get all the infos.

Skipper, if you're still up to taking a second team I would suggest you take the last Russian and I could take the last Finnish this way the league would be full. That is if everybody is ok with me running three teams.
So my suggestion would be to wait until tomorrow evening and if we're still not full by that time then we do this.

Or anybody else has another suggestion?

Thank you all for joining guys, I wasn't sure this idea was going to sell but I'm happy to see that we're about to get it started, should really be a very interesting and hopefully, fun experience.
Many of you have already drafted and entered your team(s) for the others please get to it so we can hopefully get the league started as soon as possible.

I have a Finnish team ready to enter if nobody claims it by tonight so we're unofficially full.

If at some point any other owner would wish to enter with that last Finland team before the schedule is generated, I will gladly pull mine out to give place.
