I have been trying to figure out the value of prestige in D1. Based on this last battle with a A+ team with my D+ VT team, I think the 3 prestige levels equals about 15 HVs, which would be about 5 hvs per full letter grade.

I put in 960 APs, 20 HVs, 1CV, 25 garunteed minutes, 1 start.

He said that he did about the same APs, garunteed start and 25 minutes, and 1 CV. He only put in 5 HVs though.

Preferences were I had 3VG, 1G, 1B

He had 4VG and 1N

The final percentages were 56% him to 44% me. (He won the dice roll)

So everything is about equal except for the HVs, and he had an extra VG preference to my G and B. The preferences probably equaled about 6%.

So what I got from this was you can compete strongly with A+ teams that are across the country because they can't invest enough HVs into the player to knock you off.
