I'm pretty sure it's "last 24 hours" but I'm unsure of exact timing. Recruiting ends in Smith at 11 PM 3/24.

Could they sign at 11 PM tonight or would the earliest be 5 AM tomorrow?

I'm asking because, if I can hold off some D1 SIMS, I may want to withdraw a scholly offer to another player and I damn sure ain't getting up at 3-4 AM to do it if I miss the 11 PM cycle tonight.

I think it is the 5 am cycle in the morning.

I'm also pretty sure it's the last 24 hours. I am fairly certain I had guys sign with an "early" or "by end of period 1" preference during the 11 PM cycle. I haven't tracked the data though, so I can't provide any concrete examples

It is definitely the the 11 PM cycle 24 hours before the end of recruiting, so in this case 11 PM on 3 - 23. As mentioned above, late or whenever guys may sign after that due to preference, but they are free to sign with D3 schools at 11 PM.
