is there a way to do this? For example the old way of "High" or "Medium" or "Low" interest.....

You can use the color coded dots on the recruit's profile.

Blue, green, yellow, and red (from high to low, in that order).

Does it annoy anyone else's OCD that the "rank" of blue and green in recruit prioritization is the opposite in potentials (very high and high)? :D

Yes!...I have thought that for a long time. I would love to see that changed but not in lieu of some of the other, more pressing issues that WIS staff should be addressing.

Also messing with the OCD: In "Individual Improvement Plan" (practice), the attributes under Conditioning is in the order "A, ST, SPD, BLK, DU"..... Everywhere else in the game, SPD is right after A. But they throw "ST" in between for only that practice plan page!
