We have a player that was put on the waiver wire but was subsequently traded. What will take precedent? The accepted trade or if by chance someone claimed him off the waiver wire?

In other words, the player will have finished waivers tomorrow at 3:00 AM EST, if the trade has not been finished voting on by the owners, will the team claiming him off waivers get the player? Or will that be voided based on the accepted trade? Or would the trade be voided based on the waiver claim?
